Very nice hotel. Food was awesome, hotel is clean and tidy, I always recommend this hotel. They also have authentic Japanese food. Location is also good. Staff is very cooperative specially Mr. Ashwani. Nice hotel. Thanks Sandeep

Great Japanese Restaurant in hotel

I never stayed at the hotel but it looks clean inside. We went for lunch the first time and they only served Indian or Chinese food for lunch and Japanese food for dinner as the Japanese chef comes during dinner time to cook. For lunch, we ordered Chili Chicken with Egg fried rice and it was delicious. We came back for dinner the next night and their Bento Style Box dinner was rather Cheap. The Menu was posted on the wall so we knew what we wanted to eat for dinner. The food was delicious in this hotel and I would recommend anyone wanting to try some non-Indian food to come and give this Japanese restaurant at this hotel a shot. You will Not be disappointed.

Fewer rooms in the property spaced conveniently, means lesser crowd while on travel be business or leisure. Rooms are clean, convenient and quiet though it is close to the main road. The restaurant is small with limited seating, probably another reason for the rooms to be convenient for Business travellers, (groups of people chatting in restaurants missing :P) The buffet breakfast starts early and though with limited options is good (options include North Indian, South Indian, Western and Japanese)

Location - This hotel is situated 20-25 mins drive from the New Delhi International airport. Google Navigation should easily take you this place without any trouble. If in doubt, you can always call up the hotel and they will guide you/your driver properly. This hotel is in the middle of a residential area and it's a very quiet place away from the noise of traffic. The place is quite safe as it's in a residential locality. Room: We stayed in room 101 and it was on the ground floor. The room was quite spacious for a couple and an infant. The room was very clean and had a tea/coffee making facilities. The view from 101 wasn't great. Bathroom was also very clean and everything was in place. Hotel: Very helpful staff. Check in was very smooth. Price per night is on a higher side, but I suppose that's a competitive rate for place like Gurgaon. The Hotel is very quiet and properly maintained. The breakfast is complimentary and is served between 6 Am - 10 AM. You have options to go for Japanese and Indian options. Eggs were made as per order. House Keeping staff very efficient and cleaned our rooms in no time and replenished the stock. If you are planning to give your clothes for laundry, would recommend to give it much in advance as for my blazer, shirt and trouser ironing, at time of collection (9-10 AM) they said they can give it only by 7 PM. The only let down was weekend party was held at the basement of the hotel and was too noisy for us at the ground floor especially with an infant with us. The party was on till 1 AM. We had to call twice and only then the noise level was reduced and later stopped around 2 AM. If you are a light sleeper and will be staying on a weekend, recommend to opt for a room apart from ground floor. Restaurant: There are good food options available at the hotel and services are available late in the night. Which was really great. All in all I enjoyed my stay and will be happy to stay again but this time not on ground floor.

This hotel in DLF City Phase-I, is a guest house wherein there are good and neatly maintained rooms. I have not found such a good hotel in Delhi. The staff are courteous and helpful. It is a little away from the main road and is a guest house.
